Return Process

  Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.

  Contact Customer Support

  If you still feel the mattress isn't the right fit after the trial, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery to discuss an exchange or return.

  Inspection and Documentation

  Ensure the mattress is free of stains or damage, as we require photos of the product and the original law tags to process your request.

• 4.
  Schedule Pickup or Exchange

  Once approved, our team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the original mattress and, if applicable, deliver your new selection.
